Aerial Yoga / Pilates
Our Aerial Hammock class on a Monday is a mix of stretch, flex, yoga, Pilates, relax and tricks. The class is great for those who want to work on strength and flexibility.
The hammock is also great for those with back problems or if you are struggling with stress. The class is structured so you get a little bit of everything whilst hanging around. Perfect for Beginner – Advanced. Stacey the instructor is certified in AG Aerial Yoga and Circus Fit Aerial Yoga, Aerial Pilates and Post Natal Yoga.
Our Aerial Hammock class on a Thursday is a little more tricks based. Learn to flip and roll around in the hammock whilst enjoying a great workout. In this class you will be expected to invert so make sure you are ready. Emma our hammock instructor is certified through Spin City and has all the fun hammock tricks.
