Ellie is our aerial silks, aerial trapeze and pole instructor. She has been with us since she was 13 and started assisting at 16. Now at the age of 21 Ellie is fully qualified and is in her second year at university studying for her sports science degree. Ellie trains hard to keep up with all the latest moves and variations and loves learning new tricks.
Amanda has been poling since 2008 which then sparked her love for fitness. By day Amanda works in corporate finance however her passion is Pole, Aerial and Fitness.
Amanda is trained in XPERT Pole Fitness 1-4 and spinning pole. In fact it was at the XPERT training that Stacey met Amanda and asked her to be a member of the HD&F Team.
Amanda teaches our Mixed Pole classes and also runs her own studio in Borehamwood called AJ Fitness.
Emma has been with HD&F since 2015. As a student she gave her all in every class and now as an instructor does the same. Emma is by day a veterinary nurse and by night our beginner pole dance instructor. Emma loves to encourage her students to be the best they can be and really give her classes a fun friendly feel.
Emma is slowly coming back into teaching after being off on maternity.
Grace is the youngest member of our team, all though she is just 17 Grace has been practising aerial arts with us since she was 12. Grace is a qualified Aerial Silks instructor and Kids Instructor. She loves Aerial Silks and Trapeze and more recently Pole. She is off to University in September but will be back as soon as she has finished her degree.
Dani is our Pole assistant, often seen helping Mia, Alex or Ellie. Dani has been with us for over 3 years and is working towards becoming a teacher. Sadly due to her day job we can’t put a picture of her up but you will see her floating around our space smiling and encouraging
Nick has been practising aerial yoga and hammock for the last 6 years. As a private student of Stacey’s Nick became an addict. Nick has just qualified as an XPERT Aerial Hammock Instructor and will be joining us with his very own class in the next few months. Nick’s classes are fun and fitness and are for everyone.
Stacey has been in the industry since 2004 – she has worked for XPOLE International for over 15 years and is the international sales manager for XPERT Pole & Aerial Teacher Training, the world’s largest Pole & Aerial Teacher Training programme.
Stacey is the organiser and co-owner of Pole Theatre UK, Dance Filthy UK and Poleweekender, Vice President of the Pole Safe Federation and the owner of Herts Dance & Fitness.
She is a qualified fitness instructor and is a certified Pole & Aerial instructor including aerial yoga, aerial Pilates, antenatal Pilates, trigger point Pilates, Aerial Hoop.
Stacey is a Level 4 PDC approved instructor – www.poledancecommunity.com . In 2014 Stacey won the Miss Pole Dance UK Ambassador award and in 2016 won The International Fitness Showcase Health & Fitness Manager 2016.
Stacey is also the winner of IPC Industry Person 2018.
Stacey is dedicated to HD&F and creating a fun, safe community. This year Stacey has taken a step back from teaching and is concentrating on making our space awesome.
You will still see Stacey around making sure everyone is happy.
Paul is the long suffering husband of Stacey and Co-Owner of HD&F.
Paul work’s as a Software Engineer during the day, looks after the design and maintenance of the website and maintenance of the Studio and Truss, runs around dropping keys off, picking up polebrities for workshops and anything else Stacey dreams up !
He is also a FA Level 1 Certified Football Coach and a 1st Kyu Karateka in WADO RYU.
